Mandu
Sanganan Korea
Mandu (만두; 饅頭) (hangeul;만두) inggih punika sanganan saking Koréa marupa pangsit sané kakaryanin antuk tepung kadagingin ulam mabumbu, oong, tahu, jukut-jukutan miwah sané lianan.[1][2] Mandu sané sampun sayaga kamasak punika prasida kalablab antuk sup kaldu sané panes, kakukus, kagoreng utawi kaajeng antuk kuah kaldu sané dingin. Mandu rauh ring Koréa saking zaman Dinasti Goryeo. Mandu wantah ajeng-ajengan sané rauh saking china. Ring panglimbak jagate mangkin, mandu kaajeng ri kala musim dingin miwah ri kala ngrayaang warsa baru Seollal utawi warsa baru Imlek.
